ya really ...it shouldn't be like this on contract or temporary basis either in govt or private....they are also utilising there best efficiency in work.....and also they have ryt to take this facility(specially medical)...as provided for permanent employee.......
....
but also i want 2 say....now a days.....lot of unemployment so no company or govt want to pay money an unskilled person.....other facility(except medical)......
....but medical facility should be provided
