Yes, I have read that book.

It is a book which mainly focuses on the life lessons learnt by the author.

Shiv tries to convivce people that failing is okay and success is not always neccessary. This book contains many interesting stories about different life lessons like greedyness, foolishness etc. It is an excellent book if you have lost your motivation and are not wiling to go back to the drawing board.
