To Find :  a system of inequalities that shows the various numbers of hours you can work at each job.

Solution:

number of hours for checking test papers = x

number of hours for sales job  = y

x + y  ≤ 10

5x + 8y  ≥ 56

boundary points :

x = 8  , y = 2

x = 0 ,  y = 10

x= 0 ,   y = 7

least possible number of hours for checking test papers = 0

least possible number of hours for your sales job = 2

Optimized result

5x + 8y    is when x = 0 and y = 10
