I could not believe that I was face to face with Amitabh Bachan, the superstar! I was naturally, tongue tied. My mind went completely blank. He understood my position and handed me a glass of water and then started joking about the weather. It was a summer day and he said that he could also feel the chill. Obviously, he is great at making people feel comfortable. I had many questions to ask him, each of which he responded to nicely. He did not get tired of my questions and listened keenly. When I complimented him on being a superstar, he simply folded his hands and said that it was our support that helped him attain such heights. To me, he is the personification of success and humility.
