you come to know that one of your friends has become a victim of cyber crime but is too scared to tell anyone.S/he has lost confidence and is losing at studies also.Give me some suggessions to help s/he?

You can help your friend by asking him what type of social crime he / she has suffered from. Then try to solve it internally but if the problem still doesnt' resolves then you should take help of elders..
