Instead of rangoli powder u can use:

1) flowers

 variety of flowers like roses, gainde ka phool , daisy etc can be used to decorate a rangoli.

2) pulses

pulses like arhad ki daal and kidney beans etc are very good option to replace rangoli colours.

3) coloured rice

raw rice coverd in food colouring can also be used as alternative.
