Myself Manisha encountered two extremely strange people while travelling in a shuttle cab. They were discussing about the chances of Indian Football team to qualify for World Cup. Their ideas were quite amazing. Their ability of thinking out of the box was remarkable because they came up with an interesting idea of improving infrastructure for football. They looked quite serious and were behaving as if they were the authority to frame the policy of collection of a a special access which will be e deducted from everyone's income for the development of of football's infrastructure of the country.
