First we just talk about Richter scale. it is a device used to measure the power of an earthquake on the scale of 0 to 9.
If you feel an earthquake so quickly take shelter under a table or bench so you can save your head from the object fall from up side and then if you feel an earthquake go to the open place and if the earthquake is might come so look the fans. if they shake then understand there is an earthquake.......
