I am writing this letter to you for the publication of an article relating to the loss of reading habits in the younger generation and ways of improving it in your newspaper.
As the technology is improving the younger generation are more inclined towards the programs displayed on the social sites and towards the virtual games ,series and shows. Many of us find ourselves spending hours watching series on netflix but when it comes to reading books we immediately starts feeling sleepy and bored.
Books not only gives us knowledge but developes perspective and personality and it is extremely important to inculcate a habit of reading in our daily lives.
And the way of finding its aid is an interesting yet complex matter.The genere of the book plays an important role in developing interest in books, We should try to find books according to the genere that interests us.Another thing is we should try to visit the library and spend some time in the peaceful and calming atmosphere where we can find an eutopia of books and readers and the atmosphere will motivate us towards reading books.And when it comes to children,we should try to surround them with interesting story books and if they are at a very tender age read to them . If the habit is developed at a very tender age it will help the child to develope mentally and improve the child in many spheres
