Me and the monitor will tell a teacher to giv an announcement for tht book we will paste a notice on the notice board describing tht how the book was we can describe its colour size what waz written in it any name or class and will mention tht if any student get's this so inform to the person who has lost it

I would first go and inform the class teacher about this. Then i would ask my friend to apologise to the library teacher and would try to tell him that we must be responsible for other's things more than ours. He should be ready to pay the money or buy a new book for a library, so that this becomes clear that he is sorry and would not commit the same mistake again.
