Sub: Great APJ Abdul Kalam

Dear Ajay:

I hope this mail finds you in the best of health and spirits. I am writing this mail to share with you my veneration for Dr. APJ Kalam. He is the most recent Indian personage that can be termed as a gem of a great leaser. His entire life has been an inspiration. Born in a humble family, he worked his way to great success. He dedicated his life to his motherland. His contributions to make India a strong nation are beyond praise. As a scientist, he gave India the power of missiles. Lethal Agni, Prithvi, Akash, and Nag missiles were added to the national arsenal under his able guidance.

He was a great human being, committed leader, and unparalleled statesman. He wrote many inspirational books; he was a charismatic speaker. His message for the youth of India filled them with new confidence. He appealed to all Indians to adopt the following words: “I can do it. We can do it. India can do it.” His vision was to see India standing among the most advanced nations of the world by 2020. I adore his teachings. I feel if we follow his teachings, we will achieve our national goals much faster. The nation honoured this great soul by inaugurating Dr. APJ Kalam Museum at Rameswaram on July 27, 2017. How is your life going on? Do write back.

Regards,

Narender Sharma

Hi Sunil,

I thought about what you said yesterday but I want to tell you that there were a few legendary men in our country as well. I want to tell you anout our former president Mr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam today.

He was from a humble background and had to sell newspapers to keep his family financially stable but he built his knowledge to such an extent that he is referred to as the Father of Indian Missile Technology. He believed that reading failure stories would help you more that reading success stories would. Though he was the President of India, he dignified his role in politics and became more of a motivational figure than a mere speaker.

I will end with my most favorite quote of Dr. Kalam, " All birds find shelter during the rain but an eagle flies above the clouds to avoid the rain".

Regards
John
