For a true Indian, the best Independence Day experience would be watching flag hoisting at the Red Fort. I got this golden opportunity yesterday along with my other schoolmates.
We were allotted special seats by the Red Fort authorities. I was mesmerised by our PrimeMinister's speech after hoisting the Tricolour.
All of us were thrilled to see the mindblowing stunts by our Army jawans. I noted down the lyrics of the beautiful patriotic song presented by visually challenged children. We clapped tirelessly during the song and dance programme. Our school teacher was very kind to bring snacks and Icecream for all of us.
