hey
_____________

•when bases are same and its in multiplication

•then a formula is used

a/b^m * a/b ^m = a/b^ (m+n)

(a) solution

3/5^(-2+9+-8)
3/5 ^(-10+9)
3/5^(-1)
5/3

•when bases are same formula to be used are and its in divison

•a/b^m÷a/b^n = a/b(m-n)

(b) 3/5^(-7+5)
3/5^(-2)
5/3^(2)
25/9

hope helped

Your Answer Goes Here.........

Some Formulae to be remembered for this Are :-

 \frac{ {a}^{n} }{ {a}^{m} } = {a}^{n - m}
.....1)

 {a}^{n} \times {a}^{m} = {a}^{n + m}
.........2)

a)
 {( \frac{3}{5}) }^{ - 2} \times ( { \frac{3}{5}) }^{8} \times { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{9} \\ \\ = ( { \frac{3}{5}) }^{ - 2 + 8 + 9} \\ \\ = ( { \frac{3}{5}) }^{15}
From. 2)

b)(3/5)^-7/(3/5)^-5

=>(3/5)^-7-(-5)

=>(3/5)^-7+5

=>(3/5)^-2. From 1)
