This is to bring to your kind notice that the new phone I got from you ,is facing some problems ,the camera doesn't give a clear impression. My new phone developed a problen within a few days of purchase.Even the sound syste. is jaruing .I bought my phone from you because you are a trusted seller.

This is quite unfortune to find no urgency to rectify the defect or replacement despite conslant reminders.I hope,now,you view compersate for this unpleasent lapse of time at the earliest.
