On 30-12-18, I placed an order for a Music System and received it on 2-01-19. Through the medium of this letter, I would like to draw your attention towards the problems I'm facing while using your product. Music System is malfunctioning.
Also, I'm very upset with behavior done by your staffs as I have repeatedly visited to your store and they kept on ignoring it.
The Consumer Right Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit of purpose.
As you are the Manager, I felt the necessity of telling it to you. I hope you will replace my product. Also, I would like to request you to confirm you will do this with next 2-3 days.

I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the item to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

I'm looking forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for the settlement of my claim.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well with a malfunctioning within a week of purchase.  This sound system is no more in function.  I stated the problem to the service department of Sony Enterprises.  Even I took the Music system to your service center for a thorough check.  I was told to contact the store and there also I was not paid any attention and my complaint was ignored.  the behavior of your staff was intolerable and rude to the customer like me.
