"The weather was so chill and there no sign of sun in the sky. From morning I had a gut feeling that something terrible is going to happen and it happened. I don’t remember exactly what happened when we were surrounded by group of men or women who covered their face and body with black scarf. I can’t even differentiate their gender as all were in the same size and structure and all the people were covered in black jute cloth.
I was blanked out and when I woke up, smoke was coming from the front side of bus; all had a grave expression in their face; and black coloured ghosts were standing among my friends.
Though there were approximately 80 people in that dense forest, no human sound can be heard. The only sound heard was constant buzz from the broken parts of the bus and critters cracking nearby.
After sometime, a man with black uniform stood in a tall rock and shouted to give all our gold ornaments and money. I was so amazed by the stupidity of these black uniformed people that they are demanding gold and money from school students. Their stupidity made me laugh and the laugh came out as a cough which echoed and the man/woman behind hit me with a long stick and I tasted blood instantly. A fortune for my humour.
When all the gold and money with my gold neck chain are collected from everybody, the black uniformed people started to scatter. All the members did not scatter at the same time. First the person with gold and few members disappeared. When the second set of people were about to move, a distinct sound was heard. I was never so happy to hear a police siren.
Within few minutes, so many forest officers with huge guns surrounded the forest. After that I was able to see more dark green with khaki colour than black colour.
I felt like the luckiest person in the world as no one in the black uniform tried to escape. They all accepted the defeat and raised their hands because the black uniformed thief only had sticks while police had machine guns.
Around 10 people were arrested and we were all made to stand and get medical aids.
When I started for picnic from home it was 8 am and I reached home by 12 am. I finally saw most beautiful and safest place in this world. My home."
