Sir,

I am writing to complaint about books purchased (Order No. : 2021-7678) from your company's website. On 15.07.2021, I purchased 19 books from your website and recieved the product on 17.07.2021. On opening the package I found that 5 wrong books were delivered. The wrongly delivered books are - 1) Pather Panchali instead of Aranyak , 2) Bankim Chandra Samagra instead of Sarat Chandra Samagra, 3) Immortals of Meluha instead of Oath of the Vayuputras 4) Ikigai instead of Alchemist, 5) Class X maths book instead of Class XI maths book.

Your company is a well known company, I ordered from you in hope of better services. I feel this incident is unreasonable on your side. Under these circumstances, I would request you to replace the wrongly delivered books with the books I had actually ordered.
