Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Bunny and I planned my birthday party at tour hotel but I am very upset due to your staff behaviour and the arrangements provided..

I am writing this letter in concern of this only.

The staff especially the ones who were arrangement head were very rude to me and my guests.. The food provided was really of the poorest quality and the cake was not fresh.. It was completely spoiled. Also, the plates served were very dirty and decoration done by your staffs was really embarrassing.

I suggest you please take care of your staffs and maintain try to maintain a check on their behaviour, the food quality, and the arrangement done..
