Sir,

I am Ritu, a resident of Lucknow. I ordered a mobile phone belonging to the Sony company, during the big fat sale. The date of the order is 2 August, 1920.

The phone I received is in a damaged condition. It has scratches all over it. Also, there is an issue with the touchpad.

I tried to apply for replacement of the phone, but there is no option available for the same on the website. I request immediate collection of phone from me, along with replacement or refund. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
