I purchased a colour television from Capital Electronical of Sector, Nagpur. But after one month the television started malfunctioning. I took the TV to the dealer to either repair it or replace it with a new one. However he said that he cannot do anything about it. I told him that the TV is newly purchased and still covered by the warranty of one year. But he refused to do anything. I tried to be polite and respectful and explain the problem. But he was rude and blamed me for damaging the TV.

I therefore request you to take action and replace the TV.
