It is being brought to your notice that a digital camera TuV, which was ordered on 25th December and Delivered on 28th December 2018 was a defective piece. The product code is TuV567AsR. The defect is that the place where the camera roll is inserted is having cracks on it, which makes it impossible for the camera to detect it. Without it, the camera is useless.

Kindly replace this piece with another one or if not possible, I would like to return it back. Hoping for a reply very soon.
