My friend ABCD got admission in The EFGH Residential School, in grade 10. Since the school is quite far from his hometown of IJKL, his parents decided to put him in the school hostel. I had the opportunity of visiting him last week and I was amazed at the hostel.
It was located overlooking a huge lake, surrounded by refreshing greenery. The hostel buildings were freshly painted and had a welcoming look. The main lobby was quite large with comfortable sofas for visitors and an adjacent lounge.
ABCD shared a spacious room with another boy. Each room had an attached bathroom. They had a desk and chair each, beds and separate cupboards which could be locked. I was told that each room had a balcony, most of which overlooked the tennis courts.
The mess hall was again huge and a nice aroma wafted from the kitchen.
I was glad for ABCD, that he happened to be staying in a good hostel.
