You happened to overhear the following conversation:
Shakti: Where have you planned to go during the summer holidays? Rahul: I wish I could go boating on Dal Lake. Shakti: Is it safe to go Kashmir now? Don’t you hear a lot about terrorism in the newspaper?
On hearing this dialogue you decide to write an article on the need to provide security at tourist spots and suggest ways and means by which such spots could be made more attractive to tourists. Using the information given above and your own ideas, write the article in 200 words.

Here's your article on THE NEED TO PROVIDE SECURITY AT TOURIST SPOTS :-
India is a great country as far as weather and tourist spots are concerned. In one corner we have summer, in other we have winter. Then there are scenes of deserts and scenes of wild nature in its great glory. Places of historical importance are in plenty. India’s glorious past comes alive when one visits these places.
But it is really sad that terrorism has affected these places of tourist importance, especially tourist spots in Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir being near to Pakistan is a hot spot of terrorism. There are bomb blasts almost daily in parts of Kashmir. Innocent lives are lost without their fault. Children become orphans and women widows.
Tourists are a contrast source of bread and butter for the people living in them. Their not going there means loss of livelihood to those people. The government, no doubt, is doing utmost to provide security to such places. But a lot more needs to be done.
The information gathering mechanism at both Centre and state levels needs to be strengthened. Highly sophisticated gadgets should be procured to intercept the terrorists’ communication. Army should be deployed at most sensitive areas. Terrorists are humanity’s enemies. They should be crushed with an iron hand.
