You happened to visit the polling booth with your elders. You were quite fascinated by the setup as it
was something new for you. Write an informal letter to your younger brother studying in a boarding
school, acquainting him about the process of elections. (120-150 words)

Hello Brother
Hope you are fine there. We all are doing very well here. Last Sunday was the voting day. As it was my first vote to give, I was very excited. I was loving the enthusiasm felt by other youth also.
Mummy and Dad took me to the voting booth. It was a big line waiting for casting their vote to the party they were supporting. From youth to older people all were in line and were really active. Despite of the heat trying to melt our energy level, our activeness was at peak.
There was a booth where I got into when my chance came. He told me to show him my voting card. Then he marked my name. My history was printed on that register(where I was born, my blood group and everything). He made me to press the button golf whatever party I'm supposed to cast the vote. I'll not tell you it's confidential. He marked my finger either three marker. And here I came out as a proud Indian.
I know you are excited to vote next year. You know 'An hour's pain may a century gain', so don't worry about the long lines or heating of the sun.
Enjoy your holiday. We miss you too.
Yours Lovingly
Anshu
