with 15 rupees 15 chocolates can be bought.

now you have 15 wrappers and 3 wrapper gives you one more chocolate.

therefore 15/3=5

now you get 5 more chocolates.

now these 5 chocolates will again give 5 wrappers  and out of these five wrappers if you give 3 you will be left  with 2 more and a whole chocolate(that you got by giving the three you had out of five)

now you will be left with 3 wrappers which will give you one more chocolate.

therefore total chocolates you ate are

15+5+1+1=22
