you have 3 bags with you – one with pink toys only, one with blue toys only and one with a mix of two colors. but, the labels on all three bags are wrong. what is the minimum number of draws you would need to make, in order to identify all three bags correctly.

Only one draw is required to identify all bags correctly.
We draw one toy from the bag labeled "mixed". We know it is labeled incorrectly, so it must either be the bag having only yellow or only pink toys, which will be identified by the toy picked out now.
Suppose, if it is pink, then the bag must be only pink.
The other bag labelled "only yellow" cannot be only yellow (wrong label) or only pink (we already found that bag) so it must be mixed.
The last remaining bag will be only yellow.
