You have 3 steaks. To heat its one side it takes you 10 mins. For other side also 10 mins. You got a grill on which only 2 steaks can be grilled at one time. What is the minimum time to grill all 3 steaks?(answer is not 40 mins)

Answer is 30 min.
Let the three steaks be named as A, B and C.
First put A front and B front.
After 10 min, take out A and replace it with C.
Put C front and B back.
after 10 minutes, B is done completely whereas A and C are half complete.
So now put A and C which is to be grilled.
After 10 minutes all are grilled.
So the minimum time is 30 minutes and not 40 minutes.
