Given : 4 balls: Football, Rugby ball, Volleyball, and  Basketball.

To Find : weight of all the balls combined

Solution:

Football, Rugby ball, Volleyball, and  Basketball.

Football, + Rugby ball + Volleyball, =  1310 g    Eq1

Football, +Volleyball + Basketball = 1550 g      Eq2

Basketball + Volleyball + Rugby ball   = 1510 g   Eq3

Basketball + Rugby ball  +  Football, =  1510  d     Eq4

Equating Eq 3 & Eq4

=> Basketball + Volleyball + Rugby ball  = Basketball + Rugby ball  +  Football,

=>  Volleyball  = Football = x

R = Rugby ball

B=  Basketball

2x + R  = 1310

2x + B = 1550

=> 4x + R + B = 2860

x + R + B  = 1510

=> 3x = 1350

=> x = 450

2x + R  = 1310 => R = 410

2x + B = 1550 => B = 650

Football,  = 450

Rugby ball,   410

Volleyball,  = 450

Basketball.    650

Total              1960 g

weight of all the balls combined = 1960 g
