You have a bag of cotton and an iron bar, each indicating a mass of 100 kg when measured on a weighing machine. In reality one is heavier than the other. Can you say which one is heavier and why?

Answer: iron will be considered more heavier

Explanation: the Cotton contains space between them. That is space is filled by air and due to this the Cotton will be lighter.

You can observe this by an experiment .supposeyou throw a block of iron on a person side and you through a 1 kg of cotton also to that person HEAD BUT AFTER THAT ALSO YOU WILL SEE THAT PERSON WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE IRON MORE BECAUSE IT HAS LESS AIR RESISTANT AND IT HAS MORE WEIGHT LIKELY
