Solution A has more H+ ion concentration. A pH value of less than 7 indicates an acidic nature while greater than 7 indicates basic nature of a solution. So, solution A is acidic and solution B is basic.

Solution A has more Hydrogen ion concentration and it is also acidic as the ph is inversely proportional to the Hydrogen ions. The ph of the solution will increase if it is diluted
Hope it helps
