Dear Diary,

I am very happy to share my feelings today. I got the lead role in the annual school production this year. I will be the host on an annual day. I worked very hard to get the role. Many others also auditioned for the same role. But I performed my best to get selected. Many students were also going great. It was a tough competition. But I had confidence and had a cheerful smile throughout the audition. I also tried to interact with other students and which made me more special. Finally, I was selected.

Now the rehearsal is going on. 3 hours in the school clubhouse. I am getting the lines and learning quickly. All are happy with my practice. I am rocking in stage with other students in rehearsal. I hope I will perform nicely in the school annual day.
