Respected Sir,

I am ABC a student of your school reading in class 8. I have been blamed of playing mischief on our English teacher and have been suspended for 1 month. Actually, the teacher misunderstood me. I didn't play any prank. The nail which hurt ma'am was not kept by me on the chair. The nail was stuck in the wall very loosely so it might have fallen on the chair. But the class captain complaint that I have intentionally placed the nail on ma'am's chair to play a prank on her. But it isn't true. Before ma'am entered the class I was not at all in the classroom. I went to staff room to clear my doubts with my maths teacher. The class captain accused me without any Fault and I have been suspended. So I appeal you to please look into this matter.

Yous faithfully,

ABC

Subject: Explaining my side

Dear Madam:

With reference to the prank incident that happened on July 26, 2019 in class XI Non-Medical in the first period, I am explaining my side in this letter. I have been accused of playing the prank on the class-teacher and suspended for a week.

The truth is I had not put the chewing gum on the teacher’s chair. Even I don’t know who put it there. I have been a focused student as can be judged from my previous academic records. I don’t sit near the chair. I sit on the third row. How can I put the chewing gum on the chair from there?

I request you to have an inquiry done; and even the class-teacher will vouch for my innocence. I request you to withdraw my suspension as I don’t want to miss my studies for a week. Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Nitesh Kumar
