Dear Sudha,

I hope this e-mail find you in good health. The intention of writing this e-mail was to inform you that I have been selected as the Sports Secretary of my school. I was always good in sports and dreamt of coming to this position since childhood. You might know this very well.

Now my future plans after coming to this post will be to improve the sports facilities in our school. I would emphasis on increasing the number of sports being taught at the school and make sure that the students get all the sports equipment that they require, also I would replace all the damaged ones at first.
