You have been given three beakers with a magnet in each . Pour iron filing in each one of them and then pour very cold water in one , very hot water in the second and no water in the third one . Which magnet will attract maximum amount of iron filings .

because in 1st beaker fe is present with cold water .it will not react with water but water can influence the attraction
in second beaker fe react with hot water to form ferrous compound so attraction feel by fe is low because it is present in combined form.
so 3rd will feel more attraction because it is present alone.
