You have been provided with three test tubes. One of them contains distilled water and the other two contain an acid ic solution and a basic solution . respectively. If you are given only red litmus paper .how will you identify the contents of each test tube?

Answer:

Firslty we will test all soln with the red litmus then red litmus change into blue in basic soln.so we determined that the soln is basic.Then after the remaining two soln will be tested by blue litmus.The one which is acidic the litmus show its red colour in the soln.At last the remaining soln is distilled water.In this way we can tested all sample.
