Hmmm....

1) Teenagers want to be independent, they don't want to be under one's control. They are mature and should be allowed to make their own decisions. Hence, they should be allowed a bike.

2) Teenagers will have to go to lots of classes, coaching centers and school events. Parents may be busy and not able to take child to these places. hence, students should be allowed to use bikes.

3) At age 14, children have to learn from their mistakes. If the children are given their own bikes, they will understand how hard it is to maintain one and be responsible for themselves.
