Answer:

yeah it's quite simple.

Explanation:

First of all you have to appreciate all for attending the programme. Then you introduce your company and your resignation in your company. Then you explain your role in that organisation.

while explaining all this you should have natural smile on your face so that everyone can focus what you are saying. In the end you should say thanks to everyone for attending the programme.

Me: Good morning! Welcome to the Digi Tech workshop. I am Dhruv.

Colleague: Good morning, Dhruv! Thank you. I am Sumit.  Will you be addressing us?

Me: Oh no! I am not the main speaker. In fact, I am also a participant, just like you. It's just that my company is hosting the event.

Colleague: Okay. I was mistaken. Sorry about that. So what is your job role?

Me: I am an IT trainer here. We are two trainers in the department. We keep checking for the latest technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes. My colleague, who is a lot senior than me, and has immense knowledge about the field, is the one conducting the workshop.

Colleague: Mr. Bhanot, you mean?

Me: Yes. He is the one. He taught me all the cool stuff. Whatever I know or do professionally, is because of his patient training. He is a great communicator, but if you need any help with the notes or handouts, please let me know.

Colleague: I hope I won't need to bother you, but thank you so much.

Me: Enjoy the workshop.

Colleague: Thank you. See you around.
