This is to inform you that I am facing a lot of problems with the recently purchased smartphone of your company and need to be addressed as soon as possible.

My order id is 1019755437899 and model name is Samsung J7. It has hardly been a month that I have purchased this phone and now the sound button is not functioning along with some issues with the touchscreen as well.

It is quite disappointing but since it is within the warranty period, I hope you are going to take suitable action and replace the phone at the earliest.
