Dear Sir,
My name is Rohan and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for the canon camera that I bought from your showroom located in oasis mall on 24th of October.
It was working perfectly fine in the showroom when I bought it. But after returning home I found there is a scratch on the lens also the flash is not working, if in case it works sometime then the lens shutter doesn’t close then. As soon as I got to know about this issue, I therefore, returned to shop same day to the same sales representative and explained him the problem with the camera. However, I have done all formalities and handed on the camera to repair team.
But, it's been one week past and I haven't received any news about the camera that how long it will take more. I bought this camera for a holiday trip and in a week I am traveling. Hope you will understand my grievance. I cannot wait for it know and I would like you to give us full refund.
