I regret to inform you that the television I bought from your local sales-counter on 15 July, 20 has not been working well.

The color pictures are blurred and the tuning is also faulty.

Your local sales office sent the engineer twice, but the defect is yet to be set right. It may be a manufacturing defect and a thorough examination is required.

Kindly inform me whether I should have it sent to you or alternatively, your man will call at my place. I will be happy to get it changed. I shall be grateful for immediate action.
