you have completed all the formalities of getting license from RTO. you were told that the license would reach my place by courier in a week's time. A month has already passed; still you have not received it. Draft an e-mail to chief RTO requesting him to look into the matter and make you avail of the license at the earliest.

- Recently I have visited your RTO and applied for driving license. I have completed all the formalities and attended the driving test also.
- After completion of driving test, I was informed that my Driving license will be sent to my register address through courier within a week.
- It has become one month and till date I could not receive my Driving license. When I approached your office I could not get proper response from your staff.
- I request you to kindly look into my matter and arrange to issue my driving licence at the earliest please.
