I am a BSNL customer from Basant Kunj Enclave region from Jaipur. In previous month I was enjoying several services by BSNL, but from last week due to some problems, it has not been working properly.
I have lost calling and net-services which has created an issue of deep concern for me. Though after a proper Broadband-connection, I am not able to utilize it's services.
Therefore, I will be highly obliged to you if my issue has been resolved as soon as possible. It will be very kind of you for your help. Thanking you in anticipation.
