Dear Diary,
I finally went there! You remember I told you about the music competition I was praying to go to? Yes, the one in which my best friend, Misha was participating. I was so keen to go and support her and I finally got the chance to do just that.
It was so much fun! There were so many students from many schools along with their musical instruments. Music has always been very soothing and peaceful for my soul and today's vibe was even more somber and beautiful! Everyone was completely devoted to their music as if music was the string attaching them to their God, the Almighty.
The competition was just as I had expected it to be. Everyone was at their personal best and no notes were done badly. The highs and the lows were just perfect and to the point! And the best part? Even when it was a difficult competition with so many people participating, Misha managed to get the third rank! I have never enjoyed a music fest as much as I enjoyed this competition. I am ecstatic but also very tired from all the excitement that bubbled up in me today.
So, I have to go and get some sleep.
