You have just returned from a visit to a hill station. Write a letter to your friend telling him/her why they should also visit the place.

My Dear Friend

As you know that I was unwell for quite a while, my dad and our family specialist advised that a stay in the hills for two months was essential for my wellbeing. In this way, when my examinations got over, I headed toward Shimla to live with my uncle. My mom is likewise there with me. I am greatly improved here than at Delhi. I feel restored. I am making the most of my stay in the hills and breathing the crisp, fortifying mountain breezes.

There are relatively few hotels here. I am fortunate to live at my Uncle's place, as it is arranged exceptionally close to the Mall and gives a mind blowing all-encompassing perspective. I have as of now climbed the highest point of Jakku Hill, to the Hanuman temple. I have likewise gone by Kumari, a place well known for skiing. I went for a walk around the shopping center at night and furthermore appreciate horse riding each day. I have gone to numerous adjacent spots worth seeing and appreciated trekking.

Keep in touch with me about yourself and your arrangements after graduation.

Pass on my regards to your parents

Dear Jatin:

I hope this letter finds you in good fettle. I am writing to share with you one of the best experiences of my life. Keats has rightly said 'A thing of a beauty is a joy forever.' My first experience with something real beautiful happened, when in the last week my father took the family to Shimla during the summer vacation.

The drive from Parvanu to Shimla was a real treat to the eyes. On either side of the serpentine road breathtaking vistas of unmatched sylvan beauty soothed not only the eyes, but the restive soul also. Deep dells, with pure verdant slopes; idyllic, pastoral human settlements, glimpses of the far off white sheep grazing on the slopes of the mountains under the canopy of azure sky are the enthralling views one gets as a gift for coming to this paradise. I did not want the drive to end. As we neared Shimla, the mountains became taller and taller. The peace, tranquility, and spledour of Shimla and its surroundings were supernal.

My father had intentionally got a hotel booked at a place where the nature was abundant. From the room window, the distant snow clad white mountains gave the illusion as if we are in a different world. At night we went on foot to the Mall road for dinner. First time in my life I saw the magnificence of the night sky. I did not know there were so many stars in the sky. For, in the city the pollution hides this glory of the sky from the human eye. We were fully refreshed by our short stay at Shimla. I will always cherish the sweet memories of this excursion. I urge you to visit this splendid place with your family as well.  You will really have a memorable time! The rest is fine. Regards to uncle and aunt.

Yours sincerely,

Aman Joshi
