Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Kriti and it is my duty to inform you that the stray dogs in our locality are cauing alot of confussion during the day timing.They come in between the roads and start barking in an unusual way which generates fear among the minds of the people.Not only this they bark at mid nights and doesn't let the people have a proper sleep at night.
Yesterday evening, a dog came in front of a motor bike and because of the sudden break the rider met with an accident and hurt his knee badly.It is my request to you to kindly publish it in your newspaper to make the dog catchers aware of it.
