you have noticed that your classmates has been missing the House meetings and has been spending time in the library instead with your partner discussion the reason why your friend is doing this?

This is good if he spentimg time in library as it's increasing his knowledge but missing house meetings is bad as it is as important as reading.So this is bad and should be stopped so that one will be at house meetings as soon as possible.So,to stop this you should tell him the above disadvantages and should tell him that because of him the house is disturbed.If he understands then well and good but if not report to the concerned teacher and if no action taken then report to the principa.But he should keep on going to libraryl but at proper time,in vacant time when no other important work in which he is involved is happening.These were my views.
