You have perhaps concluded that people are not objects to be valued for their qualities or riches rather than for themselves. But elsewhere Yeats asks the question: How can we separate the dancer from the dance? Is it possible to separate ‘the person himself or herself’ from how the person looks, sounds, walks, and so on? Think of how you or a friend or member of your family has changed over the years. Has your relationship also changed? In what way?

Explanation:
Often we say that "A book is not judged by its cover". This means that we should not change our feelings for a person by depending on the person's external appearance. However in reality, this is the very thing that we check always.
Recently, I met my uncle after ten long years. He had grown very lean and was wearing shabby clothes. He came up to us and asked for help from my parents as he had lost his job.
The factory in which he used to work was shut down and he barely had any money. However, my parents did not behave in a friendly manner with him. This somehow puzzled me. Hence, I feel that a person should be judged by his qualities and not his external appearance only.
