Regretfully I am writing this to draw your attention towards the carelessness of your product dealer at Xyz town of Pqr state.

I had purchased a camera of your renowned brand vide bill no 1w344 dated 20 October 2020 from your authorized dealer M/s S.K Tech, Xyz (Copy of bill attached).The warranty paper clearly mentions of replacement for any kind of manufacturing defect. The new camera is not switching on after working for 3 days. The dealer denied the warranty claim and asking me extra charges for repair.

Hence, I request you to take appropriate step to replace the faulty item as per the warranty policy.Further, I request you to issue proper guidelines to your local sellers such that people are not harassed and disappointed.
