I am writing to express my concern about the fact that the TV which I had bought a few weeks ago from your company has failed to work.

I had bought an LG TV 4K during my visit during my last visit to your showroom. But unfortunately, on reaching our home country, we found that the TV doesn't work. I had immediately informed your customer support center about it. To my notice, they have raised a ticket numbered 416, but no action has been taken so far. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action as soon as possible. I would also be grateful if you could replace the TV.
