Sir,

I have placed an order for ethnic suits through your portal but I am highly disappointed by the service rendered. My order number is 655XN30 and I received it today morning. The parcel was in open condition and some stains of oil were also there on the outfit. In fact, one of the three items was missing.

I request you to either send the missing item or provide the refund as soon as possible.
